I enjoy working with people to unearth their passions and skills to where they want to go, in life and in their career. I believe you cannot look at the two things separately, as we bring our whole selves to work.

I have made my own career transition from initially working in Recruitment to becoming a Career Development Consultant, so I completely understand what you are going through when it comes time to make a change.

​

For the past five years I have been working in different Careers services in the University sector.  In these positions, I conducted individual student consultations, including development of career action plans, delivered workshops to student groups, and designed and piloted a mentoring program.

​

I have ten years of internal recruitment experience working across a diverse range of sectors; Financial Services, Not for Profit, Professional Services and Higher Education nationally and in the UK. During this time, I designed selection processes, including behavioural-based interviews, psychometric testing and job simulation exercises in partnership with hiring managers - to ensure we were hiring the best candidate for the role and organisation.

A major aspect of my life is yoga. I practice yoga regularly and this has given me the space to reflect on my past, connect to my values and start to embrace my whole self. I have chosen the lotus flower as my logo as it symbolises enlightenment, self-regeneration and rebirth.
